No experience? No problem!

We go above and beyond to provide all our team members with high quality induction training, as well as ongoing training and support, because we want to ensure that you are comfortable and confident within your role. As part of your training, you will also be paid to shadow an experienced member of our team, to get a hands-on look at how we deliver care.

The Important Bits…

To be a home carer for Red Rose Care, you need a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle because you will be driving to clients houses to deliver care.
