Home Care Assistance in Preston – Home Care Suport and Services

When most people think about care for the elderly, they assume care homes, but we all need help from time to time, and as we get older that need increases. More often than not the help required is for essential day to day activities rather than full-time assistance. Quite often, it is the companionship for a few hours that is as important as the help itself.

Red Rose care specialises in at-home care services offering you and your family with safe, effective and friendly ‘person-centred’ care and support, in the comfort of your own home.

This care can be tailored to the clients’ needs, on one end of the scale, there is 24-hour live in care which is a popular alternative to care homes for individuals or couples with long-term health or assistance needs.

For many, it can be for a few hours per day or per week. This can be as little as companionship on a regular basis and basic domestic assistance such as shopping, washing up, light domestic duties, making a meal and loading the washing machine. If you have mobility challanges we can offer support for personal care such as visiting the bathroom, bathing, showering, washing and at the end of each day if required help with getting ready for bed.
